Caregiving/Parenting can be a journey of highs and lows, but you have a partner in St. David’s.

For current St. David's families, those on our waitlist, or those whose child has received an assessment, we offer virtual Caregiver Insights Groups and Circle of Security groups for parents who could benefit from ideas, support, connection to other parents, and insight into their path forward.

  • Learn what your child’s behavior could be telling you
  • Strengthen your relationship with your child through connection and understanding
  • Discover practical strategies to help you and your child manage big feelings, build skills, and solve problems as a team
  • Use principles of mindfulness to reflect on your parenting, support your well-being, and be the calm in the storm

All groups take place virtually, and group enrollment is ongoing.

The Groups

Caregiver Insights

A 10-week group for caregivers who want to better understand, connect with, and support their child who may be exhibiting highly sensitive, spirited, anxious or neurodivergent traits (including ADHD and Autism) and/or other social learning differences. Typically a one-hour-per-week commitment.

Circle of Security Parenting

A 10-week group to give caregivers a roadmap to navigate their parenting journey.  Through conversation, reflection, and the use of helpful graphics/videos, caregivers will enhance their ability to recognize and respond to their child’s needs, strengthen their relationship with their child, support their child’s ability to manage their emotions, and feel empowered by their own parenting wisdom.
