Providing the continuing support that parents need.

Families deserve support that feels personal, consistent, and rooted in trust. Our Home Visiting programs bring that support directly to you—offering guidance, encouragement, and connection in the spaces where family life unfolds. Whether you're welcoming a new baby or navigating the everyday moments of early childhood, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Through regular, relationship-based visits, our early childhood staff partner with families to nurture strong parent-child bonds, support healthy development, and build confidence for the journey ahead. Together, we create a foundation for learning, growth, and wellbeing—one visit at a time.

What Families Say

Frequently Asked Questions

Our clients are parents and caregivers—and their children. We use a two-generation approach that supports the parent-child relationship as the heart of healthy development.

Yes. Our visits are designed to support both you and your child together.

No. Participation is completely voluntary.

There is no cost to families. We partner with Hennepin County to offer these services free of charge to eligible residents.

Our trained home visitors are professionals in early childhood development.

We use two evidence-based, relationship-centered models: Healthy Families America and Parents as Teachers.

We work in close partnership with Hennepin County, but we are an independent organization.

Possibly. In Minnesota, families can sometimes participate in more than one program, depending on eligibility and coordination. We may request your consent to share information with other providers to ensure the best support for your family.

Each visit is tailored to your family’s needs, but generally includes:

  • Warm Welcome & Check-In: We start with a casual conversation to connect and hear how things are going.
  • Parent Child Interactions Activities: We collaborate with parents to provide age-appropriate play and learning; observing and reflecting together on your child’s growth.
  • Parent Support & Coaching: We collaborate on parenting strategies, routines, and goals—always with respect and care.
  • Health & Safety Topics: We discuss nutrition, sleep, immunizations, and more, and connect you to resources if needed.
  • Goal-Setting: Together, we identify and track goals that matter to you—whether related to parenting, education, or wellbeing.
  • Wrap-Up & Planning Ahead: We close each visit by celebrating progress and planning next steps.

Over time, these visits become a trusted space for growth, reflection, and connection.

We can connect you with community resources that may be able to help.

We don’t provide clinical therapy, but our approach is reflective, trauma-informed, and deeply relational. Many families find it to be a therapeutic experience.

We’re flexible. We can meet in your home or wherever you and your family feel most comfortable.
