Find your community.
At St. David’s, our Therapeutic Recreation programs are designed for adventurers of all abilities to grow, connect, and thrive. These community-based experiences are rooted in a person-centered approach that celebrates each explorer’s strengths while supporting their journey toward greater independence, confidence, and joy.
In small, welcoming groups, friends come together to build skills, share experiences, and discover new ways to engage with the world around them. Through movement, play, creativity, and connection, our adventurers work toward personalized goals that support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
We partner closely with families and care teams to ensure each explorer’s growth continues beyond the program—at home, in school, and in the community. Whether it’s learning to navigate group activities, build friendships, or embrace wellness, every moment is an opportunity for transformation.
